English > OSSLT and Premier

I was wondering what file format did boards order using Premier order for the OSSLT.
Did they order the Word version or HTML?
My only concern is that at times depending on how the word file is saved it can not be opened in the Talking Word Processor. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of the secondary schools in Peel were involved in the HTML pilot last winter so many opted to order the HTML version for OSSLT - ideal if the student can read fairly well, but needs the computer support to write. -others ordered the Word copy to use with Premier.

The elementary schools in our board (Peel) ordered the Word version to read with Premier for Primary/Junior tests last year.

There was a bit of a Year 1 hiccup because the ATRC who was doing the format preparation for EQAO just did a Word version without testing it in Premier (some missed communication) It was easily copied and pasted into Talking Word Processor at the board end however.

This year, the files should be tested and saved into Word-for-Premier format at the ATRC/EQAO end so that they will open in Premier.

Hope this helps,
